Refund Policy

We at Omni Media Consulting stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a refund as per the conditions laid out in this policy.

Full Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within the first three (3) days of your purchase. To initiate the process, contact us with your order details, and we will process your full refund once we have confirmed your purchase details.

Partial Refunds

After the initial three-day period and before fifteen (15) days after purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund if you are dissatisfied with our services. The amount of the refund will be based on the usage of our service and the time invested. Each case will be evaluated individually by our team. Please contact us with your order details so we can initiate the process.

Non-refundable Circumstances

Please note that in some instances, we may not be able to offer a refund:

  • Services that have been fully consumed or completed.

  • If the total usage or time investment is beyond the 15 days since purchase.

  • Any violation of our Terms of Services may result in disqualification of refunds.

  • All refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank's processes and the mode of payment, applicable charges may be levied, and it may take up to 4 - 7 business days to reflect in your account.
